 Ivan holds master’s degree in Computer Science from Moscow Power Engineering Institute and MBA from Virginia Tech (2014), and Stanford University Professional Certification in Innovation and Entrepreneurship (2018) and Digital Transformation (2020).

Also, professional certification in Business Architecture (CBA), Project Management (PMP), and Advanced Agile Product Management (ACSPO) and Supervisory and Leadership (LERN)   

 He began his career working for the leading Russian Enterprise Resources Planning company as Information Technology professional and later successfully started a consulting business in USA.

Ivan’s consulting career includes over 20 years of experience in successful leading business and IT transformations for Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, Financial services and Insurance industries for the United States Government and Fortune 500 commercial organizations.

Volunteering experience includes serving in the Editorial Board and as an active member and mentor in the Business Architecture Guild (since 2014) for the Financial services, Insurance, Healthcare provider industry and Common reference model teams. Mentorship for Insurance and Business Requirements teams, and member for other teams (Strategy mapping, Metamodel).

Orchestrated workshops and presented at Business Architecture conferences in US and Europe.Ivan is Digital transformation, Entrepreneurship, and Innovation evangelist to emphasize benefits that organizations are gaining by building required capabilities and change mindset that allows to go through efficient business transformation process.
