Andrea is actually a board member at Archetipo srl. One of his roles are managing own portfolio of all built residential properties to sell. Andrea is promoting by tech and social skills the new initiative in Rozzano (MI). This is about a new construction of overall 72 residential apartments inside the Parco delle Rogge. Andrea is responsible also for properties valuation and due diligence and for web marketing and administration.

He contributed to make the company more innovative offering new ideas and thus, improving the Archetipo’s brand. The other 2 new residential projects Andrea is currently promoting are: 38 in Biassono (MB) and in Lissone (MB) for a rebuilding and redevelopment, they are presented at  https://www.green-park.cloud/ and https://www.residenzalacorte.it/.

Andrea got international experience working at Ringley Group, a UK Real Estate in Camden Town, London, in the Finance Sector and managing several properties accounts. Then he worked in New York in an Italian Real Estate, in Manhattan. The company’s name is Vivaldi Real Estate where Andrea has worked as Agent and Property Management through different properties around the NY Area. At the same, Andrea achieved own experience in Property Management by working with VPM Property Management.

Andrea has achieved Dual Degree Master of Science at Hult International Business School, in Boston (MA) graduating in both International Business and Finance. Now Andrea has got the recognition of the Master of Science Degree also in Italy at Liuc University, in Castellanza (VA), in addition to the UK and US recognition.
