Antonio is a dealmaker with over 60 closed EMEA transactions under his belt. A seasoned investment banker with two decades of experience in London, Paris and Milan, he has worked extensively across corporate finance (M&A & ECM), debt restructuring and private equity.

Founding Partner and Managing Director of Ant Capital, the SMEs-specialist boutique, he has recently been focusing on the high-value mid-market segment and on buy-and-build projects. He also presently serves as Non-Executive Director for several companies and investment concerns, including the investment holding Russell Rock and its portfolio-companies.

He is engaged in numerous pro-bono activities supporting charities domestically (in Italy); in mentoring younger professionals in the VC field; and in high-level roundtables tackling sustainability and business-continuity issues.

Prior to Ant Capital, Antonio worked for Société Générale CIB, Fox-Pitt Kelton (at the time a member company of J.C. Flowers & Co. Group, currently part of the Macquarie Group), and as the Portfolio Manager in charge of the Private Equity’s remit of EcoRE, the renewable fund seeded by the Italian Banking Foundations.

Before his career in investment banking, Antonio was Internal Auditor (Inspection Générale) within the Indesit Company Group.
