Federica is responsible for signatory relations in Italy, Malta and Greece within the Principles for Responsible Investment.

Prior to that, she worked seven years in private markets for Partners Group, both in Italy and Luxembourg, setting up their Depositary and AIFM functions first and servicing their Southern European clientele.

At Partners Group, she was a member of the PG Impact (Verein) activities, the employees’ foundation focussed on grant donations to small impact projects.

She has also worked for Eurizon Capital SGR S.P.A. in their hedge funds business and third parties oversight functions and for Amundi SGR S.p.A on their Mutual Funds & Institutional clients business lines.

She holds a BSc in International Economics and Management from Bocconi University, a MSc in Sustainable Development at the International Labour Organization and a Diploma in Climate Change and Development with London University, School of Oriental and African Studies.

She is certified in CFA ESG Investing, Impact Measurement and Monitoring at EVPA, Private Markets at House of Training and Impact Management and Measurement at Oxford Said Business School.
