Born in Cosenza, Italy, Gianpiero holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Pavia.
From a young age, Gianpiero was actively involved with several Non-Profit Youth Organizations; in 2004 he was elected national President of AIESEC in Italy; in 2012 he was named President of the (YEX) Young Executives Committee of the Italy-America Chamber of Commerce of New York.
With the intent to further enhance the relationship between Italy and the USA, he joined in 2014 the Board of Directors of the Foundation I.L.I.C.A. (Italian Language Inter-Cultural Alliance).
Gianpiero started his career with MSC USA in 2006, initially in the import customer service department then furthering his experience by being placed in 6 other divisions. In 2009 he started his career in management as Deputy Office Manager in MSC Charleston, followed by his promotion in 2013 as MSC USA Corporate Office Manager.
Gianpiero was named Vice President Branch Offices & Talent Development in December 2014 and he currently oversees all aspects of the departments’ productivity and talent developments.
Passionate about life coaching, Gianpiero graduated in 2014 from Robbins Research International Mastery University. To further enhance his skills and education he is currently studying at Robbins-Madanes Training.
He was the recipient of several awards such as AIESEC Leadership Award, TARGET USA All Star Award, MSC Excellence Award and the Gold Medal “Calabresi nel Mondo”.
Gianpiero is married to Nadine and they presently reside in New York City together with their two daughters, Vanessa and Lorena.
