Konstantin has been Managing Partner and CEO of Capstan Capital Partners since 2009 when the company was founded with the backing of a European bank and a German shipping and commodity-trading conglomerate. Within Capstan Konstantin is focusing on the mid-cap M&A advisory and private debt business of the firm where he led numerous M&A and debt structuring mandates in the European corporate SME sector.

Prior to co-founding Capstan Capital, Konstantin was Managing Director specialising in structured products and derivatives solutions with major investment banks Merrill Lynch and Credit Suisse where he spent 9 years.

Konstantin holds university degrees from ESCP Europe (Paris), Berlin and Oxford: Diplôme de Grande Ecole, Diplom-Kaufmann and Master in Management.
