Kristina was born in Moscow, Russia in 1989 and moved to Switzerland at the age of 13. She had received her Swiss passport and completed her education there. Kristina is an alumni of EHL (Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne) and HEG Fribourg. She has recently terminated her executive certificate in High Performance Leadership in IMD.
Kristina started her first business when she was 27 years old with the opening of TotUP first day care in Geneva and a bar/ art gallery in Flon, Lausanne (the bar was opened in partnership with her friends). Since then, her business grew quite quickly and today she has: 3 opened daycares in Geneva, Epalinges and Crissier; primary school and family sport center together with a beauty salon in Geneva; bar/ art gallery in the city center of Lausanne. Kristina is a proud member of several Associations and a speaker on business development in Switzerland.
In the beginning of 2023, Kristina opened 3 new daycares: Veytaux canton Vaud, Thonex canton de Genève and Estavayer-le-lac canton de Fribourg. She also grew her experience as a public speaker and invited guest speaker in universities. Her fast growing business from 1 daycare to 6 daycares, primary school and family sport center allows her to share her entrepreneurial skills with students and other professionals with great success! Kristina is now an employer of more than 100 employees and manages a team of 8 directors. The expected turnover of her company for 2023 is over 7 000 000 CHF.
She is looking to have a possibility to continue developing her business via franchising or partnership in Switzerland or other countries. As well as keen to share her experience and be invited as a guest speaker. Her subjects of Interest are: entrepreneurship, innovation, motherhood and entrepreneurship, women in business, business plan and finance in Switzerland.
During her free time, she is committed to ballet and pole dancing, as well yoga classes. Travelling and reading are also things that she enjoys to share with her family and friends. She recently became the mother of a baby girl.
