Paul is Managing Director, Corporate Finance at Sandaire and leads the firm’s growing financial advisory practice.

He began his career working for the leading UK corporate finance business owned by the Schroder family. He spent a decade at the firm, managing European Media & Telecoms Corporate Finance.

He then built several successful TMT corporate finance businesses across his thirty years’ experience within investment banking at Citigroup, CIBC World Markets and BNP Paribas.

Paul joined Sandaire from Deloitte where he was a senior partner in the firm’s London office, leading the TMT advisory franchise in the UK and EMEA.

He has worked on a wide range of landmark transactions across all major international markets. He has longstanding client relationships throughout the industry.

As part of the Sandaire leadership team, he is dedicated to providing the highest quality independent advice to the firm’s clients.
