Taylor Adams began his career working within a family office in Southern California as a 5th generation family member. After building a strong professional foundation in direct private equity and real estate, Taylor identified an opportunity to incorporate early-stage venture capital into the family office’s alternative investments strategy.

Taylor originated his family office based venture practice and grew it into a free standing venture franchise while successfully raising outside capital. This experience empowered Taylor to establish his own professional identity outside the context of his family name, while still embracing his family’s legacy and multi-generational responsibilities.

Taylor now operates a specialized venture platform that supports family offices in originating and managing their venture capital allocations and practice, while providing comprehensive next generation development programming and coaching.

In parallel to his investing activities, Taylor became an entrepreneur in the field of personal development, co-developed a self-betterment methodology called Applied Meaning, and founded a coach training company. Taylor is focused on leveraging his expertise in personal development and coaching to support family offices and next generation leaders as they capitalize on unique opportunities and begin writing the next chapter of their family legacy.
