Barbara Kroll, based in London, supports clients across Europe as a member of Egon Zehnder’s Technology and Communications Practice.

She is passionate about the possibilities emerging technologies offer established organizations, especially during digital transformation.  Barbara also works with high-growth technology companies and the venture capitalists who back them. Functionally, her focus is on CFO talent in the tech and media space. In addition, she is a member of the Board Practice and foucses on building boards for high-growth companies.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Barbara was the Managing Director of Twinfield UKI, a cloud-based accounting software startup owned by Wolters Kluwer. Before that she held leadership positions in strategy, product marketing, and operations at Wolters Kluwer and McGraw-Hill in New York and London. She began her career working in London and Chicago as a strategy consultant for L.E.K. Consulting.

Barbara has an MA in Economics from Cambridge University, an MSc in History of Economic Development from the London School of Economics, and an MBA from Harvard Business School. She also attended the United World College of the Atlantic in Wales. Barbara likes to unwind by spending time with her husband and two young children, traveling, watching political thrillers, and reading autobiographies.
