Vice President & CFO at Growth Capital, the leading Italian tech investment bank, where he oversees fundraising and M&A transactions for deep tech, lifestyle and sustainability clients.

In addition to leading Growth Capital’s tech investment banking teams, Lorenzo holds strategic roles such as CFO, HR&Talent Management, and Communication Strategy.

Graduated in economics at Bocconi University with full marks, Lorenzo has a background in strategy, venture capital and impact investing gained first at Boston Consulting Group, and then at Fondazione Social Venture Giordano Dell’Amore, an impact fund for seed investments into companies addressing social and environmental challenges.

Here, he held the role of Investment Manager. Lorenzo is also member of the Global Shapers Community, non profit network promoted by the World Economic Forum, and member of the Edison Stakeholder Advisory Board.
